๐Ÿพ Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can deliver the best service possible, we kindly ask that you:

  • Keep access clear and safe: Please make sure gates are unlocked and paths are free from obstruction on service days.
  • Note: If we can't access the yard, we still need to charge for the visit.
  • Let us know about pet changes: If you add or remove pets, give us a quick heads-up so we can keep your plan accurate.
  • Stay up to date on payments: Timely payments help keep things running smoothly for everyone.
  • Allow trash disposal: We may use your outdoor trash bin to dispose of properly bagged waste.


โ˜” Weather & Missed Visits

  • If severe weather makes it unsafe or impossible to clean your yard, weโ€™ll postpone the visit and return as soon as it's safe.


๐Ÿ›‘ Pausing Service

  • Heading out of town or your pet wonโ€™t be using the yard? Just let us know ahead of time so we can pause service and avoid any unnecessary charges.


โš ๏ธ Liability Disclaimer

  • While we treat every property with care, SafeStep Scoopers, LLC is not liable for any accidental damage to gates, yards, pets, or other property.


๐Ÿ’ฒ Fees & Promotions

  • Our pricing and promotional offers may change from time to time.
  • We promise to give at least 2 weeks' notice before any pricing adjustments.
  • We aim to review pricing annually in January, based on fuel costs, inflation, and business needs.


โŒ Ending Service

  • Either you or we can end the service at any time with written notice.
  • All outstanding balances must be paid within 10 days of termination.
